Alex Rompilla Jr.
After graduating from Rhodes State College with an Associates Degree in computer programming and networking, Alex started his career as an IT Administrator Assistant at Bridgestone APM where he was responsible for day-to-day technology support for both their manufacturing facilities.
In 1999, Alex chose to pursue a career at Crown Equipment Corporation. While there, he achieved the position of Corporate Quality Data Systems Administrator where he oversaw all Quality Data Systems for Crown’s U.S., Mexico and China facilities and worked with various departments to improve the process flow in which data was being extracted and converted into usable reports. Throughout his career at Crown Equipment Corporation, Alex received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Operations Management with a focus on Supply Chain Development and his Masters in Business Administration with a focus on E-commerce and technology.
After resigning from his position at Crown, Alex pursued various career opportunities in the automotive industry working for various automotive suppliers as an IT Analyst helping them improve their processes and addressing their technology needs. Some of the suppliers include Conform Automotive and Celina Aluminum Precision Technology.
In April of 2017, Alex resigned from his position as IT Administrator / Business Analyst from Pro-Pet after receiving a Masters of Arts in Church Development from Winebrenner Seminary with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development. He plans to utilize the information learned to aid non-profits in achieving their mission and continue to reach those that are searching for Hope.
