Alex Rompilla (Owner): Alex started his career working for a Nissan / Toyota Automotive supplier as a Network Administrator Assistant performing network administration and technology support.
He then transitioned into a Corporate Quality Data Systems Administrative position for a Forklift Manufacturer. There he was responsible for the administrative of all of the Quality Assurance applications for the company’s North America, Mexico and China facilities, data mining and report generation as well as process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
After leaving that position, he transitioned into a Senior Site Analyst position for a Medical Device Manufacturer where he was responsible for technology support and site expansion for 7 locations as well as ensuring all of the sites were Sox compliant from a technology perspective. He also helped one site develop their ISO 13485 Software Validation Procedures.
He then transitioned into the Senior Business Analyst for Integration position for the same company. There he worked with the Integration Controller to get new acquired companies Sox Compliant from a Financial and Segregation of Duties Perspective, worked with struggling facilities to identify their issues and work with the plant’s management staff to implement changes to resolve the issues, facilitated year-end inventory for two facilities resulting in a combined net difference of $4,000.00, worked with facilities to pull data from their ERP Systems and convert it into user friendly data.
